Where it all began.

Project AFLEET began as a concept for one of my assignments during my BTEC Level 3 studies. Fast forward a few years, I have began taking my first professional steps towards a career in sport, and project AFLEET has become the name for which my coaching journey will be documented and remembered by.

Inspired by my fascination in motor skill development throughout my own athletic journey as a track & field athlete, as well as the development of young people's physical health and fundamental skills and movements.

I wish for project AFLEET to become a testimony for my passion and contributions to the athletic and physical health improvements and benefits young people and athletes may experience as a result of my intervention and training.

Our Values

Here at project AFLEET, we live by three fundamental pillars in sport; inclusion, equality and enjoyment. Every participant is equally as welcome to join and begin their athletics journey of self discovery. Every athlete will be offered the same opportunities to grow, develop and express their experience as part of our blossoming community.

Where are we based?

Sessions are based at Blaby Road Park, South Wigston, a community ground with genuine sporting roots. South Wigston sits in the heart of Leicestershire, home to Leicester United F.C., a club that has long represented the grassroots spirit of the local area: community-built, community-driven, and proud of it.

That same ethos runs through everything project AFLEET does. This isn't an elite facility with a membership fee — it's open ground, accessible to anyone, and that's exactly the point. Speed and agility coaching shouldn't be reserved for those with access to expensive facilities. Bringing structured, high-quality athletic development to a community park in South Wigston is a deliberate choice — because the next generation of athletes deserves to be developed where they live, not where they can afford.
